The Company had grown rapidly by acquiring many companies. They needed to quickly consolidate the customer functions such as Quoting, Ordering, Billing, Receivables to provide a consistent interface to the Customer. They also wanted to create a common Customer Master and Product Catalog.
Technical Situation
Their technical platform was comprised of several enterprise applications and home grown applications. The receivable application was a mainframe application that required serious overhaul and was running out of support.

- Developed company-wide Financial reports with nVision and data loads to Hyperion
- Developed interfaces for loading Bills from Fulfillment Applications
- Developed Customer Statements, Invoices, Dunning Letters, etc

- Developed Interfaces to automatically create Products from Manufacturing Applications

- Implemented solution in a manner to make it easy to integrate new acquisitions.
- Trained the trainers from the company and coordinated massive company-wide training.
