The Companywas growing rapidly. They had a large Inside and Field Sales organization. They needed a system to manage prospects, contacts, quoting, territories, and sales pipeline.

Technical Situation

The Company was using PeopleSoft for their Financial and HRMS. They had acquired license for PeopleSoft CRM and looked to implement the Sales and Marketing Functionalities.

Solution

  • Conducted several sessions with key stake holders and designed process that will gain acceptance and control.
