UniMind Solution Methodology follows the Team & Process approach. Our methodology is comprised on 4 phases / processes with distinct deliverables involving people from 6 Roles / Team's.

Phases / Processes:

• Envisioning Phase with milestone as "Vision & Scope Approved"
• Planning Phase with milestone as "Product functionality, project plan and costs finalized"
• Developing Phase with milestone as "Configuration & Customizations Complete, Users Trained"
• Stabilization Phase with milestone as "Deployment Complete, System Stable"

Teams / Roles:

• Program Manager: Responsible for matching results to customer expectations.
• Project Manager: Ensures that project meets time, cost & performance parameters
• Functional / Technical Consultants: Ensures that product is configured / customized to meet the functionality committed
• User Education: Responsible for ensuring user education requirements, develop documentation, coordinate and conduct user training
• Testing: Ensures that the system meets all the requirements identified and is working correctly as intended.
• Support & Logistics: Ensures smooth rollout and support personnel are available and trained.

Many of these roles are staffed by Client Personnel. By being actively involved in all Phases of the project, the client team is better prepared to take over the system from Consulting resources.
