Ravi Natarajan, Co-Founder and Practice Director Ravi is the Co-Founder and Practice Director of UniMind, and leads the Enterprise Applications, Data Analytics and Visualization practice. He is responsible for solution delivery and supporting clients in maximizing return on their PeopleSoft investment. Prior to UniMind, Ravi worked as a Senior Process Specialist with PeopleSoft, Inc. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has designed classes for young students interested in pursuing information technology, and continues to teach and mentor students looking to jumpstart their careers.

Sabu Varghese, VP of Enterprise Transformation Sabu has 20 years of experience in program management, e-commerce, and technology integration of various ERP systems in a variety of industries including higher education, healthcare and manufacturing. Often acts as the trusted Advisor to CIOs, CFOs and Chief Procurement Officers on best practices in complex business transformation and technology implementation. He has been praised for his ability to assemble high performance teams to accomplish clients’ goals that were often called “impossible”. His expertise includes effective management of highly complex programs and projects that are essential to obtaining a strategic objectives of the organization. He manages communication between executive sponsors and stakeholders on quality, delivery and timelines. Sabu’s ability to assess projects quality and health throughout its lifecycle has been commended by his clients. Sabu also has a wealth of expertise in managing the development of highly complex eCommerce as well enterprise suites of products spanning the entire procure-to-pay eco system.

Juliette Williams, Chief Impact Officer Juliette is responsible for evangelizing UniMind's strategies and programs in the PeopleSoft community through compelling opportunities to learn about our work, as well as to partner and co-invest in game changing efforts to drive positive outcomes for the company. She reports directly to the Board of Directors. Prior to UniMind, Juliette worked for Oracle in their Higher Education Practice providing leadership to the sales and account management processes and growing Oracle's revenues associated with the full breadth of Oracles products / solutions.

Grant Scully, Senior Process Specialist (PeopleSoft) Grant is a Senior Process Specialist with deep expertise in PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules. He has superior communication skills and an impeccable track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget. Grant also coaches Girls High School Flag Football team.
